How to Register

The materials you need to register are in pdf form. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader to read pdf files.

Our communication with you will be via email. Please unblock your email so that you can receive messages and attachments from utpcr@uts.cc.utexas.edu and check your email for messages about the program.

Step 1

Download the application form and send it to us with your check or money order for $125.00. Places are still available but filling up, so please act quickly so we save a spot for you.

Step 2

Participants and parents need to sign and return these forms to complete their registration. If you don't have them ready, go ahead and send us your registration so we get you on the list and just get them in as soon as you can. (No student will be allowed to participate without these forms on file.):

*Please note: you can use another form if you already have a medical clearance within the last year.

 

Step 3

Pay your tuition cost (see the Cost section) by check or money order.
