Download the Application Form and mail it as soon as you can. WE DO HAVE SPACES AVAILABLE, so if you want to FAX the form when you drop your check in the mail, that’s fine. Send the $125.00 reservation fee (see the Cost section) in the form of a check or money order made out to The University of Texas with UTPCR in the memo line.
Participants and parents need to sign and return these forms to complete their registration. Please send them as soon as you can. No student will be allowed to participate in the activities without these forms on file:
