Services to Organizations

The UTPCR offers a number of services accessible to public and private sector entities seeking to build a more harmonious working environment, negotiate more effectively, or resolve a conflict.

Training

Contemporary culture poses challenges in organizational settings. We train organizations to function more collaboratively and productively. With focused courses on communication, negotiation, cultural diversity, meeting management, avoiding conflict escalation and other topics, instructors train participants to identify problems and teach strategies for finding a successful resolution. Coursework is designed to empower individuals, build better negotiators and help participants at every level contribute positively and productively.

Consultation

We help parties find their own solutions by building a structure in which to analyze a current problem, determine appropriate options and decide on a course of action. Consultants identify trouble areas in the relationship between businesses, departments, workers, or other entities and teach communication strategies for building a more harmonious, more productive environment.

Facilitation and Dialogue

The UTPCR offers a number of approaches to facilitation and dialogue in organizations, whether your need is to build collaboration across organizational boundaries, create a structure for deep conversation, get through a busy meeting agenda, or plan a project.

Mediation

Mediators work with businesses, government entities, families and organizations to facilitate positive communication and produce more functional, more satisfying results. By managing the situation, opening pathways and encouraging interaction, the mediator can help parties overcome obstacles to agreement and prevent further erosion of the relationship.
